Specialist Disability Accommodation

SDA Homes

Homes, not properties

New to SDA? Here’s what it means

These are the homes where our participants live and are supported every day — not properties for sale. Every home is purpose-built or modified around real accessibility and support needs, not fitted out after the fact.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is NDIS-funded housing for people who need specialist design features or a higher level of support built into where they live. It’s separate from your day-to-day support funding — SDA covers the home itself, so the right housing and the right support can work together. If you’re not sure whether you qualify or how SDA funding fits with your plan, our team can talk you through it — that’s often the first question families ask us.

Where our homes are

Our SDA homes are spread across South Australia, with new homes added as they come online.
